To be honest, I never met a professional agent like Kelly since I am renting in London. Kelly assisted me from the 1st day I told her the kind of the property I wanted to rent from J.A State agency. She did what she can to get me something meeting my choice. Any help needed was always welcome. I regret to leave James Alexander S. A as the Landlord wanted to come back to his property. I will start with saying what excellent service I received but I but r James Alexander agent - Ken Hume & his staff. When I told Ken I would like an evaluation and that I was not sure if was ready to sell, Ken attended my property gave me a valuation - within a couple of days. I advised I was not sure what I wanted to do. Ken advised that he would wait for me to contact him. I was not pressurised by Ken or his staff, at all to put my property on the market.

Ken also discussed other options - with regarding to renting the property out, again no pressure was applied. 

I eventually decided to put my property on the market with James Alexander- I felt they were an honest and trustworthy agents. They were very professional from start to the end, they certainly helped during the stressful times, they were pretty prompt in all their actions. 

When I became concerned about the property I was buying from another agent - Ken attended the 2nd viewing with me and gave valuable and honest advice - yet again there as no pressure to sell or buy. I would certainly recommend James Alexander to anyone who want to sell there property.

Ken and his team are the most friendly and helpfull.
From the first day Ken walk into my flat to value my property all went very smooth.
Not only he value my place he as well listen to what I was looking for and found new house for my family next day.
We were under offer 2 weeks after and from that point Caroline was exceptional.
